"One of the best Indian fine dining spots in Calgary in my opinion. The atmosphere and service were top-notch, though the dishes were spicier than expected. We asked for spicy, but they came out extremely hot with strong chili flavors. A medium spice level might have been a better choice."

The atmosphere is clean and rich vibrant colour.. I ordered Aaatu kaal paaya, Chicken sour soup and tawa fish along with desserts are very tasty and freshily cooked and served.. overall great tamil restaurant.. must try restaurant

We revisited Taste of Chennai after a long gap and noticed significant improvements. The menu has expanded, featuring authentic South Indian dishes, with thali available daily, which is a great addition. We enjoyed chicken lollipop, dosa, poori, and jigarthanda juice—all were excellent, and the service was impressive. We’re excited to return and try other options like the thali. Taste of Chennai is back in form; please keep up the consistency and variety!
